Tips for cooking barbecue chicken

We can not all do the perfect barbecue chicken – some cook them too dry, some bring them burned and there are many mistakes. It can be frustrating especially if you did it a lot of times, but you can not get it perfectly. Here are some tips for the next time you cook with chicken barbecue, you can do it properly.

Patience, patience, patience

Baking barbecue chicken takes hours – 2 1/2 at 3 o’clock to someone who is not enough patient, you could find that a problem. As much as you would like cooking to be done immediately, you should not increase the fire. In fact, during the first hour, you will barely notice a kitchen being cooking at the chicken at first because it should only be on a slow fire. Soft cooking should be made, whether on gas or electricity. If you use coal, you must allow 45 minutes to charcoal charcoal to install before putting the chicken. The cooking will take several hours but when you savor the final product, you will certainly be delighted.

Marinate the chicken beforehand

There are many ways to cook barbecue chicken. For some, they boil the chicken before putting it on the grill so the chicken is already cooked. However, the flavor will only be deep skin. If you want the chicken to have more flavor, it is recommended to marinate the chicken beforehand. You can marinate it for 60 minutes at room temperature or you can do it for 48 hours, but it must be refrigerated. Once you put it on the grill, cook on a slow fire, adding the sauce to make it taste even better. Since you have already married the chicken, you can be sure that the flavor can be tasted in all parts of the chicken.

Bâble the chicken with the sauce when it is already cooked

The reason some chicken barbecues have a carbonized and bitter look are because the sauce was burned. The secret to avoid this error is to remove the sauce that when the chicken is already cooked. So that the sauce adheres to chicken, it will only need about five minutes. Make sure the fire is not too hot so that it has a brilliant appearance, not the carbonized you are surely formidable. It must also be very careful that the sauce will not be burned and you see the first signs of charron, be ready with the clip to eliminate the grill chicken.

These are only three simple tips, but when you keep them in mind the next time you make the barbecue chicken, the result will always be desired. Take your time when preparing and cooking the barbecue chicken, you and your family you will surely be delighted when you serve the result of your time and effort.
